Our company's fully electronic truck scales series, including pit-type and pit-less steel deck weighbridges, represents a new generation of products incorporating the advantages of multi-structure truck scales.

The MGP series, developed in-house, has gained widespread adoption following extensive heavy-load testing and continuous optimisation. These scales feature main and auxiliary beams constructed from robust section steel, such as I-beams, and utilise high-quality steel plates for the platform.

The scale body is designed with a modular construction for efficient assembly. During the welding process, we employ specialised techniques, precision spatial positioning, and advanced welding methods to ensure the planarity of the large surface area, precise geometric dimensions, and optimal distribution of weld stress.

The steel framework is supported by a configuration of strain gauge load cells, specifically Double Ended Ball-Cup Type, Double-ended shear beam, or Compression Type Load Cells (4, 6, 8, or 10 units), the quantity determined by the platform's length.

• This weighbridge design is particularly well-suited for locations with spatial constraints, such as relatively flat terrains where pit construction presents minimal financial burden. Its ground-level platform facilitates vehicle access from multiple directions, a feature commonly favored by public weighbridge operators.
